We know locking in a single day for a shoot can be unpredictable, especially with ocean conditions. To help with this, we offer flexible scheduling. A $99 deposit secures priority placement on our calendar, allowing you to select a 1-4 week window for your session.
Watch the Forcast
We stay in close communication as conditions and your schedule come into focus, gradually narrowing the shoot window as the forecast becomes clearer. Ideally, the time and location are confirmed the day before the session.
Day of the Shoot
We'll meet on the beach and capture your session. Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours. Files are shared via WeTransfer, making it easy to download and acccess them on any device.
Our most popular option. Shooting from land guarantees more shots. We use a 200-600mm telephoto lens and will be able to reach you at any distance at most common surf breaks. This usually ends up with hundreds of photos and we will capture pre game candid shots to complete the shoot.
Capture your action with a perspective that only shooting in the water can provide. These sessions require more specialized gear and are subject to varying conditions, weather, surf size, and accessability. This perspective can provide both still photos or video depending on your project.
Drone footage offers a completely different angle from above. The story line from a drone is like none other. With this package we can include prep video footage to make your story come to life.
- All rates are per person, with a 1-hour minimum. If we go over the hour, an additional hour will be charged at 50%.

When we’re not servicing clients, we’re out shooting a variety of breaks and photographing everyone in the lineup. If you met us on the beach or heard we were shooting, your photos were most likely shared through our Instagram.
We currently post our surf photos on Instagram @808surfboys, where you can view recent sessions and highlights. If you see a photo of yourself or want to check if we captured you, send us a message with the date and location and we’ll help you out.
Images shared on Instagram are optimized for web viewing. If you’re interested in high-resolution files, custom edits, or full-resolution JPEGs or RAW files, shoot us a message and we’ll make it happen.
